1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 You will be able to access most areas of this Website without registering your details with us. Certain areas of this Website are only open to you if you register.
1.2 We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this Website from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this Website. If you do not wish to accept any new terms and conditions after we have given notice, you should not continue to use this Website.

2. ORDERING FROM US

2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
2.3 We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
(e) Delivery charges are added when products are added to the shopping cart
(f) Please call us for deliveries offshore as they are subject to surcharges from couriers which are passed on at cost price.
UK Offshore is made up of Northern Island, Shetlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Isles and any other address where transportation of goods would involve crossing water via boat/ferry or plane.
(g) Most of our orders are delivered within three working days. However, because your order may not be in stock and we have to wait for delivery from the manufacturers, please allow 10 working days from placing your order for delivery. If there is any deviation from this expected delivery time you will be notified.
(h) Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
(i) All goods must be signed for upon delivery. In the event that there is no one at the premises when the goods are delivered the couriers are under instructions not to leave the parcel. If the courier has been unable to deliver the goods you will be left a card stating the local depot's address and telephone number. If you then contact the depot you can arrange another date for the delivery to be made - this must be to the same address. Alternatively you can arrange to pick the goods up from the depot, for which you will need some form of identification e.g. a driving licence.

3. PRICING

3.1 All prices Exclude VAT.
VAT (where applicable) is added at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.
3.2 Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.
3.3 Our prices are reviewed periodically and the next review will be on 01/01/2009

4. CANCELLATION, GUARANTEE AND RETURNS POLICY

4.1 If you wish to cancel your order:

(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
4.2 Returns, We want you to be happy with the equipment that you have bought and as such we operate a 14 day money back guarantee that in plain terms, means that if you send the goods back to us, within 14 days, in the original packaging and in the same condition as we sent them to you then we will refund your money minus shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
Please note that you will have to bear the cost of the return postage and ensure that there is sufficient insurance to cover any damage which may be sustained in transit.
Please note that any items returned to us which you claim to be faulty or incomplete are checked and verified by our technicians. Any returned items that are found not to be faulty or incomplete will be returned to you and we shall be entitled to charge you for the return carriage costs via your original payment method. In the event that your credit card has expired, or is declined we will hold the item(s) until full payment has been made for the return carriage.

Any items that you return to us are at your own risk, therefore we strongly advise all our customers to take reasonable care when returning any items to us for example, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed, adequately packaged, and carried by a reputable carrier.
